From Orlando: I-4 west, then US-27 toward Clermont. From the Turnpike: connect to US-27 via the Clermont / US-192 area. Roughly 25–35 minutes from Orlando when traffic is light. Entrance and parking notes arrive with your tour confirmation.

Rentals operate 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight), seven days a week.
Private tours
Tours are by appointment only so we can show you the venue without another event in progress. Plan on about 45–60 minutes to walk indoor and outdoor spaces, talk layout, catering, and capacity. Send a message with a few times that work for you.
Parking & load-in
Parking and vendor load-in depend on your layout and schedule. We include loading areas, guest parking overview, and any one-way notes in your tour follow-up and final event packet.
How many guests can the venue and outdoor space hold?
The main venue holds up to about 150 guests for receptions and seated dinners with flexible layouts. The outdoor patio and grounds accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktails, mingling, and photos.
Do I need to book a tour before my event?
Private tours are strongly recommended (and included with booking). They let you see the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, confirm capacity for your layout, and receive exact entrance + parking instructions for your guests and vendors.
What should I bring to a tour?
Just yourself and any planners or partners. We’ll walk the full property, discuss dates, menus, and logistics. If you have a rough guest count or must-have features, mention them when you request the tour.
Can outside vendors or decor be used?
Yes — you may add your own decor. We also share a list of preferred photographers, entertainment, and other vendors when you sign. All load-in and parking details come with your tour confirmation.
Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
We do all our own in-house catering so there is no outside food or beverage allowed, with the exception of wedding, shower, birthday and retirement cakes. Setup of tables, chairs, linens, and dishware plus full cleanup are included in the rental.
