Inside and outside
Inside, the main venue hosts receptions and seated dinners for up to about 150 guests, with layouts for a dance floor, head table, ceremony, mixed seating, and a stage area for entertainment or speakers. Outside, the patio and grounds accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktails, mingling, photos, and fresh air. Your guests can move between both without leaving the venue, and free on-site parking is available for guests and vendors.

We set the room, serve from our kitchen, and clean up when it's over. You can add your own decor. Rentals operate seven days a week, 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)—use our inquiry form for availability or to schedule a tour.

How many guests can the venue and outdoor space hold?
The main venue holds up to about 150 guests for receptions and seated dinners with flexible layouts. The outdoor patio and grounds accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktails, mingling, and photos.
Inside the venue, are the tables and chairs already set up for the event or do we have to set them up ourselves?
We are a full service facility, we set up the tables, chairs and linens for you, and provide all the dishes, glasses and cutlery.
Instead of using your catering and alcohol, are we able to bring in our own food and our own alcohol?
We also do all our own in-house catering so there is no outside food or beverage allowed with the exception of wedding, shower, birthday and retirement cakes.
Is there parking and load-in for vendors?
Free on-site parking is available for guests and vendors. Recommended entrance, parking overview, and load-in details are sent after you book a tour and again in your final event packet.

Is there a cleaning fee included in the price or do we have to clean up ourselves?
Clean up after your event is included in the rental fee, we handle that for you.
Are private tours available?
Yes. Tours are by appointment only (about 45–60 minutes) so you can walk the indoor venue and outdoor areas without another event in progress. We cover layout, capacity, catering, and logistics. Request a tour with a few times that work for you.
How far are you from Orlando?
We’re in Clermont, Lake County at 2400 S Hwy 27. Roughly 25–35 minutes from Orlando via I-4 + US-27 (or the Turnpike) when traffic is light. Full directions and the map are on the Visit page.

Start with the inquiry form. We reply with availability and tour options. After you choose a date you’ll review and sign a simple rental agreement, pay a deposit to hold the date, then plan menus, layout, and any vendors with our team.
